I am a residential lettings and management agent in Swansea and have worked in the field since 1982. Having had the opportunity to work closely with my local Environmental Health Officers dealing with HMO’s in my area, I have acquired knowledge to bring me to set up this site for the benefit of landlords and tenants.
I have contributed to a number of sites and written several articles on the subject of HMO’s
I am an assistant Business Practice Officer for the National Federation of Property Professionals (NFOPP) of which ARLA and NAEA are branches.
